Young leaders of Brvenica and Saraj help develop the community

On November 29 and December 5, 2024, our team organized two important sessions for the youth of the municipalities of Brvenica and Saraj, to empower them and develop initiatives with social impact. The session in Brvenica was held on November 29 and gathered 14 young people, while in Saraj, on December 5, 16 young people participated, who were actively engaged in the process of creating projects to improve living conditions in their communities.

Participants were introduced to a structured tool (matrix tool) which helps them create concrete and effective projects that can have a social impact. During the sessions, they received guidance on the project evaluation criteria and had the opportunity to develop ideas that could be included in the priorities for implementation. The young people worked in groups and individually, creating different proposals that reflected their creativity and commitment.

The creativity and enthusiasm of young people were at the center of these sessions, where they contributed innovative ideas and fruitful projects aimed at positive and sustainable changes. We remain committed to supporting and closely following the development of these projects, with the hope that they will be transformed into concrete initiatives that will contribute to improving community life.
